So many people are juggling multiple jobs and businesses. To some degree I’m not exempt from this whirlwind either. I’ve got my full-time job in IT, as a project manager, which I genuinely enjoy, and I’m also nurturing my artistic side. The thing is, my art hasn’t exactly been a moneymaker for me. Actually, quite the opposite – and truth be told, money was never my main motivator.
But life has this way of throwing curveballs at us to wake us up one way or another. All of a sudden, I found myself searching for ways to make more money – and came to realize that more was possible. I had enough life experiences, natural gifts, skills and knowledge to help others and at the same time, increase my income. All I had to do was broaden my horizons and gift myself with new experiences. Embrace new opportunities to complement and enrich my journey. Because life, just like art, is all about growth and embracing new possibilities.
Rest assured, I won’t stop working on my art – it’s in my blood. I won’t stop dreaming that someday, somehow, my artwork will be discovered, recognized, and have a lasting impact. Call it wishful thinking, call it holding onto hope, I refuse to let go of that dream.
But I’m also curious to find out what else is possible for me.

Hi Freddy, thanks for sharing about your wife and your blog. I don’t know your wife although it’s possible to have crossed paths in the past. We live in the same (art district) area after all.
