It just dawned on me it’s been ten years since I published my art book “Catalogue of Works” in the “Theatre of Truth(s)” series! Luckily, it’s only been two months since its initial publishing date on January 31st, 2014. I could have totally forgotten about it, time passed by in a blink of an eye!
Not just once people asked me what Theatre of Truth(s) is, so here’s another opportunity for an explanation.
In art, we discuss “content” and “form.” Content refers to the “what” we want to express to our viewers or audience, while form is the “how” we choose to express it. The “how” can take various forms, and in my case, from a simple painting to a theatre play, performance, video, spatial installation, book, and now a blog.
“Theatre of Truth(s)” is the title I chose for the content of my artworks. Why? Because my artworks are nothing more than personal stories – and each story represents my truth at that specific time and space.
“Theatre of Truth(s)” as a book series shares my process of creation and tries to preserve the ephemeral artwork. So far, I had published three books, where the “Catalogue of Works” represents the main body of my artwork under the umbrella of “Theatre of Truth(s).”
It’s time to celebrate “Catalogue of Works” in the “Theatre of Truth(s)” series 🥳 🎉 And if you’re interested to learn more about it, I invite you to purchase my “Catalogue of Works.” It’s designed as a coffee table art book, making it a great addition to your space or a thoughtful gift for art lovers.
It’s advertised on the right side of the blog, or you can click here to purchase it on Amazon. You can also find it available for purchase from other sellers, including Barnes and Noble.
