I’ll have to admit it I was more than pleasantly surprised last week when so many of you reached out about my post, The Anatomy of Triggers: Wounds Unhealed.
Honestly, I didn’t think it would land so far or hit so many nerves (in the best possible way). But then the messages started coming in, one by one, thoughtful and heartfelt. And what truly struck me was how each reader connected to different sections of the post. A person was moved by the first paragraph, someone else by a simple line buried in the middle and another by the end. Somehow, every single paragraph hit home with someone.
What made me pause—really pause—was when one person reached out to tell me that my post inspired them to take action. Words are powerful. But when they shift something, when they stir something so deeply that they nudge us to do something—that’s a whole different kind of magic. In that moment, I could feel my heart beating a little faster.
So thank you. Truly. To everyone who trusted me enough to share your thoughts and stories, thank you.
Now, here comes a gentle nudge (the friendly kind, not the pushy kind):
If something you read resonates, moves, or even just lightly stirs something in you—leave a comment. Scroll down the page and you’ll find a comment box waiting patiently for your words.
Your voice might be exactly what someone else needs to hear. Don’t worry, your info doesn’t show and doesn’t get shared with anyone. And you can stay anonymous or make up a name, I won’t judge. Be a sunflower, be Zeus. Be whatever makes you comfortable to share.
And if you liked the post, give it a thumbs up or click the little like button below. It helps with traffic, with more people finding my writings, and it lets me know you’re out there reading.
Let’s keep showing up for each other. This is a call for action.
